Sarajevo Film Festival is the largest international film festival in Southeast Europe. During festival week, its communication surface is dense: screenings, public events, red carpets, international guests, sponsors, partners, sustainability initiatives, and city-wide cultural attention. SO.. supported three consecutive editions from 2022 to 2024.
The work had to move at festival speed without becoming reactive noise. Every post, interview, sponsor moment, sustainability message, and public event needed to feel timely while still fitting the Festival's international position and editorial tone.
SO.. worked as a creative and digital execution partner, building an editorial rhythm around live coverage, sponsor and partner integration, green festival initiatives, red carpet moments, interviews with international film professionals, and audience-facing cultural positioning.
The team handled live reporting, multi-format content production, publishing workflows, rapid adaptation to programme changes, and coordination across time-sensitive visibility moments. The job was to make a complex festival legible while the public was already watching.
